1. Unopened and unused products: we accept returns of unopened and unused hygiene products in their original packaging. To proceed with the return, you must present your purchase receipt and return the product within 14 days of purchase.

2. Opened and used products: We do not accept returns of opened and used products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service, providing proof of the defect (such as photos or videos), and we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
